Golden generation cast aside as Tedesco overhauls Belgium squad

New manager Domenico Tedesco has made wholesale changes to the Belgium squad, with many of the golden generation now cast aside.

The likes of Eden Hazard, Kevin De Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku have all been left out of the squad for the upcoming European Championship, as Tedesco looks to build a new team.

Tedesco has handed debuts to a number of young players, including Club Brugge midfielder Charles De Ketelaere and Anderlecht defender Zeno Debast.

It remains to be seen whether Tedesco's new-look Belgium can challenge for the European Championship title, but the changes he has made are sure to excite the fans.
